Pros

Pay is decent for the job you do. Friendly and helpful team of colleagues and managers. WFH days after probationary period. Training is suitable and effective to gear you up for the job. Free parking, always room to park. Ability to move around departments/ career progression.

Cons

Extremely micro-managed. Can be draining with back-to-back calls especially because your wrap up time is strictly monitored. Working Saturdays every other week. Very HARD to book any holiday you want, you’d have to book ages in advance.

Pros

Great culture with a huge focus on our DE&I strategy. CEO is approachable and the people here are great!

Cons

Work the occasional weekend and the office could do with a little spruce up!
