Discounts at shops with people serve

Cons

Too many job roles under on title. Not just a claims adviser. Get you doing more and more and give it a title of development! No renumeration for being able to do more roles. No consideration for mental health. Awful IT system that is not fit for 2024. Not willing to admit they made an error with it. TBH the list could go on
