HomeServe UK always do their best for their Customers but also really value their employees. Engagement is very important to them and it is great to know that no matter what, your point of view will be listened to. I have worked for the Company in various roles for many years and I think this proves they are a great place to work. I want to continue to grow and learn as an employee and be part of their amazing Company journey. Great career opportunities are available for you to progress within the Company too.

Pros

HomeServe has a real family feel where the majority of staff pull together. We genuinely care about about our people i.e. People Charter. I think the most important thing that I love about working here is the fact we genuinely do put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Cons

The stigma attached relating to the negative publicity we had around the fine. Although this is the past and we have most definitely turned a corner it still hangs around when you speak to people outside the business. Regardless of this I am still proud to say that I work for HomeServe as I know this is not who we are. The stigma will go away we just need to keep pushing and doing the right things.
