Pros

- leadership team that listens to their People and care about their Customers - we genuinely care about what we do and how we do it - HomeServe is a place where you can be actually proud of the job that you do - You can challenge the norm in here if you believe we can do it better, we will listen and see if it's possible - amazing benefits - shares, pension, smart-casual dress code, Christmas ball, family days being just a few of them - the culture of this place is amazing - People do care about their work and the Customers they serve - career development is at the reach of your hand with some examples being 2020 Leadership Programme and Marketing Excellence Programme - Our strategy captures clearly what we want to achieve by 2020 and how we will get there

Cons

- taking into account an amazing job that we are doing, it would be great if our base salary could go up a bit - there is a massive focus on our front line (Call Center and engineers), which sometime leaves all the rest of us in the shadow

Pros

Clear strategy and focus on the Customer with a culture of daring to care. HomeServe actually do something good for society. We go into people's homes and fix things. Putting their lives back in order.

Cons

I think the building we work can look a bit tired. We could do with spending more money on our facilities.

Absolutely amazing place to work with great engagement and second to non customer service

Cons

Don't believe anything that Glassdoor publish. HomeServe got better scores than their winner Expedia. What a croc of s..t. Smacks of a North South Divide!!!
