Pros

Career progression, there are plenty of opportunities to build a career. Heads of and Directors are open, honest & approachable. All members of staff are encouraged to speak up and suggest improvements. All efforts are being made to change the culture at HomeServe and that has to be applauded. It's changed massively over the past few years, all for the good.

Cons

Members of staff that are constantly negative and don't appreciate what we are trying to achieve at HomeServe. Instead of constantly complaining they should look elsewhere.

Number one......we care about our customers and are empowered to go that extra mile to help them. We have a clear strategy, we know what is happening, we know what our CEO is about and we know what our top level managers are striving to achieve. Great place to work, lots of benefits not only for employees but for family too.

Cons

Individuals who are not embracing the changes..... as I said.....try finding somewhere better!

Where to start. Great salaries, benefits, people, management, colleagues, caring culture, social events, fun activities, all sorts! Literally everything about this company is a pro and i will work here for the rest of my career i hope

None. I genuinely mean that. It literally is the best company i've ever worked for and i love my team and boss too
