Pros

It's a great business to work for with a lot of great people who really do make the business. Regardless to which department or level you start you can really make something of yourself within HomeServe.

Cons

I think sometimes the leaders can care more about the senior people within the business and overlook the less senior people

Pros

They really care about their customers and staff and go out of their way to do the right thing. They pay a living wage rather than minimal wage and have loads of benefits for staff to participate in/take advantage of.

Cons

Its such a great place to work that often you work over your shift without e=ven knowing it so spend little time with family and friends
