Pros

Good place to work, lots of opportunity to grow, and progress. Hard work is rewarded and recognised. Good benefits Very flexible to different working times and days based on family needs. And are a very family friendly company, hosting days when you can bring family onto site for events open to your extended family. Really cares about the customer, in fact willing to help customers who are really in need.

Cons

I understand why, but sometimes compliance seems too be to restrictive, even when it doesn't seem logical. Which can make new ideas sometimes frustrating how long they take to come to fruition. Some of the facilities are a bit tired, but they are being worked and are improving, and I'm personally not a fan of the style and layout of the office. Its open plan with large spoked banks of desks which can be a bit noisy. This is a personal dislike, not everyone here feels the same. Sometimes due to business requirements the main focus can shift very quickly to a new priority. This is not a regular occurance and isn't a con for me but I have seen some people who are not able to work in such a fast paced environment.
