Pros

I have worked for Homeserve for the past 18.5 years. I have been with the business this long because they are such a fantastic employer. They treat staff fairly and support us as much as possible. We are a big happy family and most agents enjoy coming to work. The facilities are great and the salaries very competitive.

Cons

It can be tiresome with the work itself but what you put in is rewarding as we are helping customers.

Friendly and supportive colleagues and managers. Visible and understanding senior staff members. Fantastic benefits, including money off in different areas. Good pay for the job role in comparison to other companies.

Cons

With working with the public it can at times be challenging as every customer is different but providing you don't take thing to heart it isn't too much of an issue.

homeserve is a people company, lots support , coaching , training and also they make it a fun , it has a relaxed atmosphere and in the quieter periods we organise team games

Cons

sometimes we have to deal with high rate customers however with the coaches and managers support we do to the best as we can giving solutions on problems that they have
