Pros

we offer the best customer service to our customers, in the call centre, and our engineers offer a brilliant service to help customer with repair problems, we have fun days, dress down days, ice cream free drinks from machine, and a christmas ball each year at great venues all free

Cons

You have to deal with customers from all walks of life,which can sometimes be difficult, but if you are well manured, able to listen and are a people person you'll be fine

Pros

I returned to HomeServe after 3 years away to spend time with my children while they were small. With them both at school it seemed the right time to return and HomeServe welcomed me back earlier this year, very supportive of me wishing to achieve the right work-life balance with part-time and flexible working. There are high expectations from a relatively small team which means we work really hard - it's not an easy ride but hard work is rewarded.

Cons

In the short time I've been back, there have been tough times, but we have come out the other side. Morale has suffered and engagement needs to improve but things are changing for the better.
