Pros

Some companies meander on, doing the same thing (good and bad!) until eventually they are not relevant to Customers anymore and fall away. The great thing about working at HomeServe is we have a really clear path to follow - which is supported at the highest level, and we can understand our role within it. There is so much we need to do to ensure Customers find it really easy to deal with us - but that means you can make a real difference. If you are driven by a will to make a difference, and wanting to do the right thing - come and join us. PS. Its pretty fun also!

Cons

It is a fulfilling place to work if you are prepared to put the work in and care to make a difference... if not, you wont last very long!

Pros

i have worked for HomeServe for coming up to 12 years now so I've seen some good times, and the bad. I can honestly say that now are the best times! HomeServe is truly focused on doing the right thing by the Customer and it's People. I feel inspired and proud to work here!!

Cons

I can honestly say there are no cons to working here. There are still some things we could do better, but we know what they are, are we're working on them.

Pros

HomeServe is a great place to work and easily the 'best' place I've worked. The company goals, ethics and mentality are meaningful and i feel that i work for a company that has a purpose. The company wants to become the best in what it does, but in the right way. The focus on the customer is amazing. The employee benefits are great and there is plenty of opportunity to grow as a person and as an employee here.

Cons

As with any company there is always room for improvement. HomeServe are doing pretty well, moving in the right direction and will only get better.
