Pros

Having worked in a number of large companies that promise the world to it's employees I have never actually worked for one that consistently delivers on everything it says it will. From a leadership team who are accessible whenever you want them, to numerous channels to express you views or put forward your ideas to employee recognition that is meaningful and genuinely valued, the list goes on. HomeServe is one big family, a unit that operates on trust and working together. I've been here 6 months and feel proud to work for a company that has so much passion and integrity.

Cons

There is so much going on its an exciting place to be but if you don't like change then this isn't the place for you!

Pros

I've worked for HomeServe for 5 years now and can honestly say that it continues to get better. The drive and passion from the management team to improve the business for both its Customers and People is inspiring and feels very genuine.

Cons

There's still some work to be done to embed some of the values but it's going in the right direction. Also, Walsall isn't the most grand of locations, although the site itself has seen some improvements.

Pros

A Customer focused company where the voice of the Customer is as important as the finances in decision making. The People culture is great, the opposite of a fear culture. It's recognised that not everything works out; this really helps get the best out of People. There is a clear (and believable) strategy with good buy-in from all levels of the business. The leadership team are approachable and listen to new ideas.

Cons

Decision making can be slow and progress on some of the bigger projects should be quicker. The physical environment is improving but some spaces still feel outdated.
