Pros

HomeServe has engagement scores above the national average. There is a real enthusiasm to improve. There is a lot going on though and you need to be able to work at pace with changing priorities. Underneath it all though the strategy is consistent. There is a lot of innovation going on, not only planning for the future but in the way that will fix some of our current challenges.

Cons

HomeServe works at pace and sometimes this means that the details get missed.
