Positive, interesting, challenging, rewarding. The business has so many great parts, and yet still so much opportunity to develop and improve. So it’s a great place to work. There’s a focus on doing the right thing, led by the CEO Greg Reed, but in a commercial realistic way. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s positives far outweigh the negatives and it feels like it’s moving in the right direction. If I had a 20 something child I’d tell them to join. Work hard, do the right thing, be creative, find solutions, and you could have a great career here. The ambition and energy in the company is catching, and helps people deal with the hard work and regular change.

The company offer a mentoring programme to ensure your development opportunities are met. A great place to work, the management team are very understanding and lovely people to work with.
