Pros

Management very involved in how you feel about your job, anything you might need etc, including at the very top, so lots of chance to have your voice heard.

Cons

Difficult job due to lack of resource.

Pros

Homeserve is incredibly supportive and nurturing of talent and aims to help get people to where they want to be. The business offers different types of courses and programmes to aid in your career journey. Open door policies with senior management, directors and even the CEO.
