Pros

good wages and lots of bonuses, friendly environment very helpful and approachable team leaders and managers with on going training

Cons

time off sick isnt worked out on a month by month basis so if you have a couple of weeks off ill it will get taken out of one months salary

Pros

In my opinion HomeServe treat their staff very well, hearing from family and friends how they get treated at their places of work makes me really glad I work here! I find the work really varied and that I am given every opportunity to develop myself and those around me.

Cons

Everything moves so fast, decisions can happen in the blink of an eye and sometimes its easy to feel out of touch - but this is much better than it being sterile or boring.

Driven and friendly employees. Emerging Customer first culture. Huge opportunity to make this company into something really special and to individually grow through this.

Cons

Current systems and data are poor but are being improved. Lots of improvements needed to enhance operating processes and get the company working more effectively.
