Pros

The benefits are great, salaries are ok but could be better, there's always fun stuff happening to promote employee engagement and 95% of the people are lovely. Best place I've ever worked by far!! Also the canteen facilities are immense!!

Cons

None. Decent hours, decent lunch facilities, you can go get a starbucks whenever you like, there are always promotions and new opportunities available and you get free parking!

Pros

I have never worked for an employer who focuses so much on their people. I started working here in 2010 and instantly it. There is always something fun going on that you can get involved with aswell as focus on what needs to be done. HomeServe have had a difficult couple of years and we have all been on a journey. This journey has made me even more proud to work for HomeServe. I get to work with amazing people everyday and I enjoy the way the company works.

Cons

There are definitely interdepartmental communication issues and this is slowly but surely being improved. There is also still a bit of them and us between different departments and also teams but again I feel that this is slowly decreasing.

Pros

Great atmostphere Good prosepects Faith in our direct senior leaders Really feels like they are starting to do the write thing by staff and customers A lot of the senior leaders have changed and are moving the direction of the buiness (this is a good thing)

Cons

Been a dificult time over the last couple of years with redundencys and the companys shift in culture. When people in the office are under pressure it slips back to the old way of JFDI over certain things. There can be alot of office politics
