Pros

The training so far has been great. It has been incredibly informative but at a steady enough pace. There seem to be many opportunities to progress within the company. The Socialites scheme seems like a good opportunity. There are plenty of overtime hours which is exactly what I have been after. And then bonus incentives are a fantastic way to motivate people to work.

Cons

Learning about all the different products and policies available to the public, which are constantly getting ammended and improved. Keeping up to date with the current policies is going to be a bit of a challenge.

Pros

Interview process is fairly straightforward (telephone interview followed by competancy based face -to-face interview). Initial training for the role takes 5 weeks and is of a good standard. In general the company seems friendly towards new staff. A pay progression system for frontline staff has recently been introduced.

Cons

Parking is difficult. New employees are allocated to a car park which is a very, very, long walk to the building. Some mis-information about the parking arrangements was given by the interviewer in response to my questions. Initial pay scales are quite low (although there are opportunities for progression).
