Pros

This is a really nice place to work in. They try to accomodate for everyones needs. The training is extensive but very good to ensure all employees are competent with their work. Really good perks and benefits of working for the company also.

Cons

The shift patterns explained in the interview changed before I started resulting in me being on a different shift. Parking is very bad as we have parking not only on site but at the LEP site. At interview this was explained that you would be provided with parking onsite.

Pros

The people are great fun to work with and make you feel like part of the family. There is a strong team ethic but plenty of opportunity for individual progression. The whole place feels quite relaxed and with the support available, it never feels like you are getting overwhelmed with the workload. I've worked in similar positions in the past for a number of well-known, large companies, and Homeserve feels much more like a company that values it's individual employees.

Cons

Parking is horrendous, although, this applies to all the companies around Fulwood. There is a massive lack of parking available and a lot of competition for the available spaces, both in-house, and against external companies operating in the area.
