good wages and lots of bonuses, friendly environment very helpful and approachable team leaders and managers with on going training

Cons

time off sick isnt worked out on a month by month basis so if you have a couple of weeks off ill it will get taken out of one months salary

Pros

There is a real focus on Customers and staff following the FCA investigation. It is clear that the company recognised their failings and have embraced a new way of working. The products have undergone massive upgrades and 90% of the senior team were replaced. CustomerFirst is a really empowering programme.

Cons

Improvements for the staff are further behind than those put in place for Customers. The IT system is being improved but for now is lacking.

HR department who don't know the meaning of confidential and contact centre directors and sales managers who are disposable of loyal staff, Currently offering 20k (initial offer was 13k) to leave within a week or face being managed out in 3 months and then be left with nothing. Told that speaking to the new CEO who has an open door policy won't be of any use as what they are doing is legal. Approx 12 managers left on the 28th March having to advise teams that they were resigning and not being pushed. These people were even made to have signatures witnessed by solicitors.
