I love working in Preston HomeServe - the buzz is amazing - it is the family atmosphere that makes HomeServe is the best place to work . Management are approachable and efficient always going that extra mile. HomeServe is like another family from home - love you guys

Cons

I cannot really say anything bad about HomeServe - If anything niggles me and I approach management - they always strive to make a difference

I feel part of a family within such a great organisation, I have found Homeserve fully supportive during the 12 years so far, whether that be from me changing my hours from full time to part time when I became a mum, I've seen a lot of great changes over the years and I am very happy here.

Cons

I can NOT find any.

Pros

The vast majority of People at HomeServe genuinely want to do a great job, and want to make it easier for our Customers to deal with us - this is rare compared to previous organisations I have worked for.

Cons

The company is built on a change attitude, you have to be comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity at times, and comfortable spinning many plates!

A lot of People talk about companies being digital first. We are customer first and Customers decide which channels to use. You guys are giving them some very good digital options. Thanks for the nice feedback.
