Pros

Finishing work when I can on time

Cons

Cliquey. Limited scope for progression. Lots of talk about promotion but none available. Training isn’t good either. Not much support in role. Very reactive in approach. A lot of the managers are more bothered about making themselves look good at the expense of others

Cons

Hard taskmaster, everything you do is monitored for compliance. Just above minimum wage and call turnover is expected to last no more than 2 minutes. Inbound calls constantly coming in. Fast paced and very stressful with incompassionate management team at all levels
