Pros

Great atmosphere, down to earth people, very helpful trainers are vey good and you can have a laugh as well as learning. Good vibe on call centre - nobody judges you - everybody starts at the bottom ! You are always given feedback on calls and supppor is always there if you need it.Most friendly and accomodating call centre ive worked in.

Cons

Parking - have to park about 10 mins away from actual building as there is a waiting list to park at the buiding.

Pros

Great team all the way up to senior management level. Very friendly and helpful. Team pulls together to get job done. Fantastic site and great employee benefits. Always an open door policy. Every person at every level is encouraged to get involved with day to day activities to create a fantastic atmosphere.

I can't think of any pro's for working there. I was glad to leave to work somewhere much less frantic.

Cons

Too much work to fit into a day, too many interruptions to take you away from your desk to waste time, playing silly games, fancy dress etc, but still expected to get the work done. Bad management style, intimidating for employees.
