Pros

Free Car Parking for now.

Cons

Poor Pay and conditions, micromanaged and very much a blame culture. Your line management spends more time proving their department is right, than fixing what is wrong. Cull coming, all the longer timers can see the change of wind and the big axe is coming which is why all good people should leave before you get culled.

Pros

What makes this a great place to work is your work colleagues, other than that the management dont care about about you, thers the odd few who are okay but rest its about their own pocket and just sucking the blood out of the front line staff. I worked their for 13 years and never got recognised, even though i remained loyal and was the go to person for help, guidence or advice. Many managers dont even know about the department they are running and if you ask them for help they will turn the question on you and ask what do you think, purely because they dont know the answer. I left the company on good terms due to health reasons at end of pandemic. And shortly after re-applied and they didnt want to know. I even contacted a former manager and a senior manager Justin Barrett and explained that i am in dire need of a job and have worked for yourselves for 13 years and he never helped me at all. Whilst you work there, they talk big about the people promises but in reality they are just words on the wall.

Cons

Busy busy busy, just punish the front line for any little thing and give warnings, and marketing make massive mistakes like sending wrong information on letters and no action is taken against them and we are left to deal with angry customers on the phone. They say each customer should be given undivided attention to deal with their query but on the back of that we are managed on AHT, average call handling time so just doesnt make sense. Despite all the bad stuff i was still willing to go back and work hard as i have bills and responsibilities but they still fobbed me off.
