Pros

Nice people to work with

Cons

Terrible money, under £20k which I'm surprised is even legal. Constantly having to take call after call, often from angry/abusive customers. Monitored on everything, even going to the toilet. Chronically understaffed which meant calls were always queuing. It just made better business sense for them to overwork their staff and make customers wait on hold than it did to employ more people. Barely any opportunity for advancement

Pros

- use of latest technology - right mindset ppl - work from home

Cons

- project either last for centuries or nothing at all. - if you are unlucky to work on small project which doesnt get fund or get deprioritised , you will be tossed to any project/team with very less or no communication from HR.
