Like many other companies, Honor benchmarks our pay against national averages and provides opportunities for merit adjustments annually. We review our pay structure regularly and can confirm that we offer equal pay for equal work. We also offer a generous referral bonuses and 1.5X pay for holiday and overtime shifts.
