Overtime on top of salary and typically work 40-50 hours a week; 55 during busy season. Overtime gets paid every hour over 40 hours for a week. Profit Sharing every year.

Cons

Most People are great to work with, others you will have to adjust your approach. You can't make everyone happy but you have to try.
