Micromanaged to the max from my manager. Status was away for 15 minutes and she called and texted me asking me where I was

Pros

- Work life balance - you don't work too much - Scheduler does a great job of putting you on clients near your house and giving you ample time for projects. - Above market compensation and benefits. - There is one Audit partner who makes a serious effort to get to know you, take you out to lunch, and ensure you're satisfied/happy at work.

Cons

- Partners/Directors/Managers don't even pretend to treat you like a person. Most literally will not acknowledge you outside of asking the status of a project. - No office time means you barely know any of your co-workers. - Terrible technology, the computers and network are slow and old. - Lack of challenging work. You don't learn very much with the projects assigned.
