Meaningful work, Great coworkers and supportive managers. Pay is fair in comparison to other companies. Yearly raises. Quarterly bonuses. Room for advancement.

Cons

30 minutes of unpaid lunch. Only non profit I’ve ever worked for that didn’t offer paid lunch.

Very stressful workload, do not recommend.

You'll gain experience right out of school, but your stress levels and sanity are the price,

Cons

Absolutely horrendous work load. I was burned out less than a year in. Seeing 6+ patients a day and being expected to do all of their paperwork by the end of the day is insane. You'll notice that most people work here to get their license and leave, OR they leave their counseling role for a training or management role. Health benefits also could have been better.

The pay is good compared to many other NP jobs in the area.

Cons

Company is completely money-driven. NPs are expected to be fully booked every day, expect 20+ patients per day. Expect extreme micromanaging. If you don’t have enough follow ups scheduled in the day, they will have no issue booking 10 patient initial exams in a row.
