All benefits and services needed to have healthcare and dental and all life insurance and 401k setups . Great people and boat life!!

Cons

Safety at times, workload for the team players who did all the hard tasks on repeat and the “bodies” we all knew were different from the real workers. Low pay for large corporations served its purpose and high pay for work put in is never an option unless you are a port engineer/Lead Captain. Aka fix and run everything and be the brains of the multiple vessels and all working parts.
