The company is pure chaos and this is a reflection of the leadership put in place by the previously mentioned private equity firm. But what does it matter to him, when he gets his golden parachute but so many were laid off mere days before Christmas. But this was after open enrollment. Have you ever heard of a company that prohibited its employees from enrolling in coverage on their own, instead making everyone do it over the phone with a "benefits coordinator" who tried to coerce you into paying for additional, expensive additional coverage? You have now. This is a company who just cant get out if its own way, and will probably fall on its face sooner than later.
