Low and non-competitive salary. They are quick to fire/dismiss anyone who they disagree with. Aiming to quickly sell the company. No focus on people or culture.

They allowed me to do some community service for them for positive publicity.

Cons

Covid hit them hard, and it was no excuse for the curt way I was let go after 24 years with the company. Now that the government has given them $60 million, perhaps they'll seek some leadership training.
