Pros

Free food and fun events to work with. Laidback but physically stressful job. Lots of nonstop walking & heavy lifting

Cons

Sexist towards female deckhands by only giving less hours and more/overtime for male deckhands.

Pros

Boats are fun, coworkers are great. get an were all in this together culture from peers

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees. Upper management brushes sexual harassment and bullying incidents under the rug instead of properly resolving them. The company (entertainment cruises) used to be a great place to work before Kenneth Svendsen became CEO and before hornblower cruises acquired them.
