Pros

Tucker location has a nice building and the landscaping is impeccable. Great balcony view and interior lining reminds of a time of the late 1800's. Has a plantation feel.

Cons

Management is horrifically cruel in Georgia. Gossip girls, bullying and ghetto tactics is the everyday normalcy. Fraternizing and favoritism is the only way you'll move up this very short ladder of corporate America. Customer Service Manager is twisted and sadistic and wears two different faces and is overly nice when upper management comes to town. She also changes the employee handbook to her liking and every one who has ever challenged her has been fired (she will literally find something mediocre) Someone had entrusted the wrong candidate to run what could have been a great work experience. One person has literally ruined what could have been great. I do not recommend anyone with any common sense to work here until major changes are made if this company lasts that long.

Pros

Laziest company ever that you will never have to worry about your boss spying on you as management.... I have trouble understanding what they do. Look at that as pro and con.

Cons

7 months in don't even have a ladder. Rules are rarely followed by even hire ups. Stories go that Two guys even built a server in a community illegally and pocketed the money until the company found out. They have since been promoted I hear rather than fired for lack of proof which the inventory alone should have been proof enough.... unless that inventory is obtained in a shady way and you don't want it being investigated. Honestly there story and many others on the day to day makes me feel this company is a front for something else. everything is so up in the air it's no wonder they do not advertise (also seems shady to me). This place is a joke of a company. Equipment is very poorly made to save on cost systems are always up and down. Get sent to many jobs with every wire in perfect condition but all services are garbage.

Pros

**Hotwire is a great company to work for. If you work hard there are a lot of opportunities for growth and development. **There are great people working at this company at every level **I work in the PA office and we work on a flex schedule which is really great. Everyone is accountable for their work and hours but if you have a morning doctors appointment you can go and just stay later or if you have an evening event you can come in early. I really love that about Hotwire.

Cons

I really enjoy my job --- I don't have a con.
