Total Dissappointment

Pros

Everyone is always "new". Lots of nepotism going on.

Cons

too process driven. doesn't care about staff. hires super professional people who find out this is run like a mom and pop shop. Turn over is gigantic except for a handful of people who are at the top. Not a technology company which allows "working from home' ... yet expects it everyday in addition to office time. Not flexible...

Pros

Can not think even one except backstabbing in management

Cons

"Management" tells nice things to you & will go back and stab in your back. Not ethical, no accountability, no respect for ideas to make company better. Management brought some connected folks from east coast and they are not ethical. Those who have tried to make a difference weren't heard or seen. Share your goals, ideas, and someone else will take the credit and get honored. Trust. It HAS happened to many folks. No raises, evaluations or support. They live on their own island with their big screen TVs on the wall and only come out to go to lunch. Meetings get cancelled. ZERO communication to the team. Wait...Is not the name hotwire COMMUNICATION? What a fallacy. It's a bait and switch. If you have and self respect and/or a family, Don't do it.

Pros

Most co-workers are hard working and supportive.

Cons

• Played favorites with employees. Favored employees were allowed to openly break the rules and perform at such a low level that they were effectively rendered incompetent. Management targeted employees that consistently performed their jobs at a high level. • Did not consistently hold employees accountable for performance. For instance, one employee constantly fell asleep when working the overnight shift. Other employees were forced to pick up the slack. It defies all reason since call and agent performance statistics would clearly provide this information to management. • Made up and changed rules on the fly to fabricate reasons to discipline non-favored employees. • No raises or performance reviews for over 3 years. Employees are not valued for their tenure and experience.
