Pros

Little to no workload. Coworkers only respond to problems if they can get credit for it somehow. No company culture. Lack of organizational structure. Strong nepotism. Entire lack of leadership from CEO/owner through limited VP structure that exists to keep all departments in their proper silo. It is very easy to slip through the cracks and not accomplish anything for weeks on end, as there is no motivation or incentive to do so.

Cons

ZERO contribution to healthcare. Family healthcare is about $1600/month. Low morale, Most managers are affiliated with the owner and either do not care, are too inept to act or a combination of both. Constant disregard for basic OSHA safety. No formal review process. No training or incentive programs.

Pros

Fun fast paced place to work, growing company with new positions and opportunities popping up all the time. I was hired for one position and identified as an asset and quickly promoted (try that at Comcast or ATT). If you want a good career with a "family" atmosphere apply here.
