Travel the country with a great group of guys. Play a game and get payed for it. Receive great advice from former big league players and coaches.

Cons

Money is not great and you are away from home for 6-8 months out of the year.

Being around baseball. Cool atmosphere. Nice people to work with. Owner is friendly and is polite to all staff no matter what level.

Cons

Pay is adequate. Not a lot of advancement options. At some point working in sports for little pay gets old.
