Pros

playing baseball as a job is what everyone dreams of doing, and you get nearly 5 months off each year

Cons

lack of pay and long hours, also the fact that you stay in bad hotels and take long bus trips in the minors

- Lots of in-fighting - Too small of an organization pits departments against each other - Serious disconnect between management & employees

You are around sports all the time. This could be a negative too depending on the person. You get to meet some powerful people. The people you work with are great.
