Flexible hours and great benifits

Pros

You get to work for a major league baseball team, even if they are the worst in the league. It's a unique chance to see inside the machine.

Cons

Management isn't fair to interns - they are unpaid and overworked. The perks presented in interviews and informationals don't live up to their potential.
