Steady employment. Long-time employer with a steady work-flow leading to assurance of employment even during down economy. Health insurance for employee covered.

Cons

Health insurance provided for employee but coverage for family is exceptionally high. Pay is low compared to other employers in same field. Lack of communication from top down.

The upper management understands if you have a personal matter to take care of

Everything else, Only the Vice president of purchasing and medical are the only two VP's that are qualified to do their job. The other two are not qualified to be inside sales people much less Vice Presidents. No advancement opportunities! NO PAY RAISES EVER!!
