      Pros

      Tons of people that deeply care, willing to help. Great products with a competitive advantage. Tons of opportunity

      Cons

      CEO runs the place like a bank. Only thing that matters is keeping cost (headcount) low and FCF high. -> he's done a great job at it. Hard to be an engineered products company with no engineering R&D, but R&D costs money. Commercial organization has been gutted since the split. Anyone can get promoted at this point, just stick around until the next person leaves. Every shortsighted decision that can be made, will be made. Especially if it makes a $

      Pros

      The shop floor employees are amazing to work with one of the only highlights of the job.

      Cons

      NO room to grow zero pay increase. Engineers are clicky and very smug. "Bonuses" are a joke at this company its impossible to understand their metric on paying you out as it is a percentage of a percentage of a percentage. Mind you the original percentage is 5% and just gets smaller and smaller. People have been working there for 20+ years and have little increase in pay in that timeframe. Save yourself the time and do not invest yourself into this company. The insurance this place offers is a joke high monthly rates and most medical facilities do not take. The insurance company will fight every bill you have submitted to them and you end up paying 80% of the bills the majority of the year. You are better off having a savings account and paying out of pocket. It will take working at this company 20 years before you will get 20 vacation days. There is so much more I could say about the CONS of this company.

      1. Dated and inadequate facilities, especially concerning restroom amenities. 2. Lack of sufficient guidance and mentorship for new engineers. 3. Alarming attrition rate among engineering team members. 4. Concerns about discriminatory HR practices, including issues related to race and sexual orientation.
