•most of the people here are some of the most wholesome and supportive that I've ever met •flexible work environment (in terms of remote/office/flex, hours, place) •many opportunities for growth (seminars, events, trainings, etc.)

Cons

•not a one-size-fits-all company; if you need someone to tell you exactly what to do, this place isn't for you (you are afforded lots of autonomy) •there is a lot of information to absorb on your own using the internal wiki •no rules or set processes so there is some redundancy/inefficiency/lac of communication that can be frustrating

There's really no Cons, I feel very fortunate to be able to work for such an incredible company that cares for it's people.
