Well, everything, from the remote first culture to living and breathing the culture code (for real this happens everyday!) to the collaborative work environment between departments/teams and of course the amazing leadership that you find all across the Company makes Hubspot every great thing you hear about it and more!

It's been 3 months since I started working @ Hubspot and since day 1 I have felt at home. At my first, welcome meeting, the opening phrase was "Black lives matter. We do not stand with sexism, homophobia, transphobia or discrimination of any kind". As a disabled, autistic, Latina woman who also happens to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community, it was so reassuring to find a place where not only can I be myself but also where my differences are celebrated and I can find community.
