      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      Its been a good few months since I joined and I must say its definitely one of the best places to work. Onboarding was smooth and there was a clear direction to my learning goals. The projects and benefits all really stack up and make it a rewarding experience

      Cons

      So far so good. None that I can think of yet. Might update this later in my tenure if I find any.

      Great place to work and a nice relaxed atmosphere

      Pros

      - fun culture and nice folks to work with - interesting projects to work on - good tech stack that is constantly evolving - clear structure and good planning for products future - interesting team events most months - provides remote / hybrid / in office working choices - a lot of emphasis on inclusion

      Cons

      No real cons from my past year and a half here. Few too many meetings for tech leads which means a big less coding time, but this also varies from week to week.
