Pros

A terrific company culture contributes to a sense of possibility where hard work is rewarded, not just from a compensation point of view, but career growth. - Performance is valued above experience - The company tries hard to retain its start-up agility whilst growing fast - Just a terrific group of people - Dogs, beer, rooftop terrace, meals, the works. - Significant potential to grow your career quickly.

Cons

- Super-fast growth makes it at hard times to keep up with the layers upon layers of internal systems - Growing pains surrounding internationalisation and keeping in mind the global rollout of US-born ideas. - HubSpotters work, hard.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review from DubSpot, and love that you called out the rooftop terrace and the potential to grow your career--both are pretty great in my opinion as well. Your push on the cons is fair as well--we definitely work hard and have some growing pains around going global that we can continue to iterate on. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and for helping our global partner program grow, really appreciate it! -Katie

Pros

HubSpot provides you with all the resources you need to succeed. They are fair and treat their staff with respect, they really do care.

Cons

Not a con depending on your perspective but it is worthy to mention there is a lot of additional learning and training to be done outside of work hours

Thanks for writing a review! I love that you feel we really care--I can't tell you how many emails I get from fellow folks on the management team figuring out ways to help their employees thrive both personally and professionally, so I'm glad the collective effort shines through. Don't disagree that learning and growth is something we offer a lot of, but can sometimes mean extra effort outside of your job day to day and work hours, thanks for including it here--good for us to be mindful of as we scale and grow. Sincerely, Katie

Pros

Hubspot uses the product they sell. That says a lot Amazing individuals work here - they're all very hard-working, supportive and fun Huge opportunities for growth and promotions - Everything is very transparent

Cons

It's a fast-paced culture, so the on boarding can feel overwhelming. But that's really the same with any job, right?

Hi to our friends in SydSpot! So glad I got to visit you all last month, thank you for having me! I promise we'll continue to keep our fast pace but also ensure people feel not just safe to fail but empowered to experiment, try new things, and fail doing it. I love that you callout that we drink our own champagne by using the product, and that you enjoy our transparency. The onboarding process can definitely be a lot to take in--we are working on ways to make it slightly easier to navigate, particularly for our global hires, but appreciate the feedback. Thank you for all that you're doing to help us grow in ANZ, and look forward to seeing you soon, thanks again for the review! -Katie
