      Pros

      Flexible work hours, unlimited time off, a supportive environment with managers and co-workers who genuinely want to see you succeed, ability to work from anywhere, plenty of perks

      Cons

      Salaries could be a little better for support workers, the overtime/weekend rate isn't great and barely makes a difference to your payslip. A bigger allowance budget for remote workers would be useful so we can properly set up a reasonable home office.

However we make sure that we give enough weekly offs and compensatory offs to give proper rest and break to our employees
