They hire people to work from home in any location and have been told that there are great opportunities for growth

Cons

The company doesn't do much to make employees feel connected while working from home. Hard to get in touch with supervisors when needed and they have issues with getting accurate access to programs needed to do your job.

Cons

Poor management, never doing just assigned position but others jobs, management don't know anything and hide away when asked questions, no fair shift bids, and too much favortism.
