Low closing ratio, poor marketing materials, not all office members are "drinking the wellness Koolaid" Up hill battle with external partners due to previous sales interactions and perceptions.

Depending on where you are in the country some areas don't value you as much as others. Humana also has a tendency of having a strict budget, many things (new buildings, office supplies, company gatherings) are not offered due to their cutbacks. But overall not many Cons Humana is great!
