Think about the worst management you ever had and multiply that 10x. Then add in the way they MICRO MANAGE YOU TO DEATH no matter how good you do. There is never a kind word, there is never a "Thanks for what you do", its simply management saying "You never do good enough". I feel bad for anyone coming into CenterWell/Humana. Especially with the new management changes, it will be even more confusing and mentally abusive/toxic. The management does nothing but mislead you. When you hire in, they tell you that you will work on a few sites then they dump things that are not related nor trained on into your lap. They have been and are still doing this. Also, why the turnover is so high in our region. Management MICROMANAGES you and treats you like trash. On top of having all of this extra work dumped on you, your manager will call you and harass you about ticket SLA's when they are 1 minute over due. This isn't a joke, this is the reality of this place. Your team that you work with locally are great but god forbid you ask something in a chat designated for support. Not only does your own manager degrade you but staff from other sites talk at you and down to you. Manager DOES NOTHING to resolve. He actually encourages it but making little smiley faces and liking the posts of these toxic people. You could argue that it's me, but it is not. We have new employees and old that are over it. This company as a whole will be lucky if there isn't a mass exodus in their IT department. The supervisor is unprofessional, management is unprofessional and supportive of others that are the same way. The CEO i'm sure is unaware or doesn't care at all. If I can save you from the micromanagement, I will. They will hound you while working on another site to be at another site. They know you can't be at both places at once but they do not care. They also track EVERYTHING you do. Micromanage, micromanage, micromanage, micromanage to the nth degree. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you're wanting to be in IT or a technician. It's not worth the mental beat down you get from this poor management team.

this company has a hiring surge but that's because they have lost most of they're agents . the salary for this position is 480 per week less than Mac Donalds for an AVG of 50 plus hours including weekends they demand for you to use your vehicle but won't pay anything above 50 milles daily which is illegal Management is inexperienced and presumptuous they treat employees with prejudice and if your not careful you could get in trouble for when they're sales are low they will ask they're reps to do illegal marketing risking fines and your license stay away from this place if you have an OK position think about it before joining this company also verify if in your area Humana is in good standing I do not recommend this place it was corrupt and toxic in my opinion
