      Pros

      Benefits and salary are better than what you will get from most other companies; no matter what your role is. There are plenty of challenges to overcome and problems to solve when it comes to marketing and IT. If you end up on the right team, you will have a boss that truly does care about your well-being and promoting a fair work-life balance. There are plenty of opportunities available to grow professionally within the company.

      Cons

      Mostly because it is the health insurance industry, many times bureaucracy and process will get in the way and cause tasks to take longer to accomplish. If you end up on the wrong team, you will be miserable.

      The pay and insurance day one

      Cons

      The insurance is horrible.... 2400.00 deductible. Plus they barely cover anything. The hours are loooonnng. They mandate overtime.... Sometimes the entire month. They offer PTO but you never use it. No sick time. If you are sick you better be here or you will loose your job. Right hand definitely doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Poor management there is no way that you can get a day off without being hospitalized. Seriously. The opportunity for advancement is slim.... To be honest you have to know somebody.

      Pros

      Benefits start day one and you have the ability to accrue a decent amount of PTO

      Cons

      No regard for the employees. Enormous amounts of mandatory overtime during peak seasons. The company makes millions of dollars and there are no rewards nor appreciation for the late nights and early mornings that are required.
