Pros

Pay was decent. PTO was accrued at a decent rate, just couldn't get it approved.

Cons

Back-stabbing, racist, couldn't get PTO approved, the term "team" is a joke, definitely favored employees get preferential treatment. The systems don't interact. For an insurance company the employee insurance plans were terrible.

Lots of great benefits, plenty of open positions at locations nationwide.

Cons

High deductible insurance, loud unprofessional workplace, poor professionalism of supervising staff. Lots of on going harassment in all forms by the supervising staff.
